Challenge Dates: Nov. 1, 2021 - Dec. 31, 2021

Activity Submission Dates: Nov 13 -14, Nov 27 - 28, Dec 11 - 12 and Dec 25 - 26


  1. Get active! Eligible activities are walking, running, jogging, biking, hiking, yoga, Pilates, weight training, dancing, kayaking, tennis, basketball, baseball, skiing, skating, gardening, kickball, etc. Essentially, anything that gets you moving for your health!

  2. Keep track of your minutes. Use a tracker to easily track your daily activity in one location.

  3. Submit your minutes of activity every two weeks. Upload your minutes to the online FAN Activity Challenge Submission Form. Only submit the number of minutes (numerical values only). Do not convert into hours. Please refer to the following examples: 

    • Enter "30" for 30 minutes of physical activity 

    • Enter "75" for 1 hour and 15 minutes of physical activity

  4. The online form will begin accepting submissions the end of each two week period that Sunday at 12am and will close Monday at 11:59pm. You will have 48 hours to submit your results. In fairness to others, late submissions will not be accepted. 

  5. Winners will be announced the week following submission of results.

  6. Optional: For real-time motivation join us on the Strava App.
